Cancellation Policy

Savvy Heels Cancellation and Transfer Policy At Savvy Heels, we strive to provide our members with a flexible and accommodating experience. However, to ensure the smooth operation of our classes and services, we have established the following cancellation and transfer policy: 1. 24-Hour Notice Requirement: All cancellations or requests to transfer bookings, whether for group classes, private lessons, or Pilates sessions, must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. 2. Deposit and Payment Terms: Deposit Requirement: A deposit is required to secure your booking for a private lesson, Flexible Payments: We offer flexible payment options to accommodate your needs. Please discuss these with us when booking your private session. 2. Private Lesson Expiry: Expiry Period: Please be aware that private lessons must be used within one month of purchase. Unused lessons after this period will expire and cannot be carried over. 3. Cancellation and Transfer Policy: 24-Hour Cancellation Rule: All cancellations or requests to transfer bookings must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Failure to provide 24-hour notice will result in the session being deducted from your package. Transfer Limitations: Bookings can only be transferred once and must be rescheduled within a two-week period. Classes cannot be transferred to another month. 4. Session Timing and Attendance: Punctuality: Please arrive promptly for your session. All sessions will finish at the scheduled end time, regardless of the start time. Late Arrival: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for a private session, the session will be considered a no-show and will be deducted from your package.
